The 6 Photo Challenge / Photo Contest

Who is up for a little challenge? We have put together a photo contest for anyone that wants to participate. Come one come all. Grab your camera, get creative and win a prize. You must take 6 photos, one photo for every category listed. The 1^st place winner will receive a Blackrapid strap. We will also post your photos on the blog for all to see.

The Prize

THE RULES

We will judge the entries according to these rules.

1. Entries are due February 29th
2. All photos must be taken and edited between now and the due date. NEW PHOTOS!
3. The photos must be of good quality. Exposure, composition etc.
4. There must be one photo for each category. Total of 6 photos.
5. Have fun with it & be creative.
6. Entry must be emailed to mikem@mmphototours.com
7. Entry must be no more than a 10mb file.
8. Our judging is final and there is no complaining. – Just have fun!
9. By emailing your entry to us you allow us to post it to our blog if we want to share it.
10. All 6 photos must be compiled into one file, but the photos may be placed however you would like in no particular order or size. See examples below.

You are free to interpret the categories as you like. (That’s where the creativity comes in.) But it has to make sense. For example if the category is “Orange” the photo must contain at least the color orange, the word orange or an orange. Another example, if the category is “sharp” you have to show something sharp (like a knife), the word sharp or someone that is smart or being smart. (Get it? sharp=smart) Understand? If not, ask and we can clarify more. Rule of thumb – if we don’t understand it, you probably won’t win.

We hope that you enjoy this challenge and it helps get your creative juices flowing. Sometimes we forget to enjoy our photography and try new things.
